
Cinzia Nebuloni, Milanese by birth, is the owner of the La Sidreria, the restaurant she opened twelve years ago which best represents her concept of catering.
Her forty years of experience makes her a wise woman and a successful entrepreneur, who has been able to create a team with which she shares values and ambitions.



Since the opening Yenny Torres is the pillar of the kitchen.
She is not particularly friendly but she has a big heart and an unmatchable energy.
Ahmed, called Luca, takes care of the night guests.
He is not a big talker but he is extremly quick in managing knives and in leading the kitchen team with Cinzia.
Jessy has been working in the dining room for at least ten years, she is an example of attention to guests and organizational skills.
Andrea is with her.
He was part of the team when the restaurant opened, now back after a period of absence due to personal reasons, making Cinzia very happy as the original team is again with her.


Having started at a very young age in catering, Cinzia knows well the importance of offering people real opportunities, that can be temporary, as it happens for university students, or long-term for those who show good will and initiative.
The Sidreria team boasts international origins: El Salvador, Bolivia, Madagascar, Morocco, Bangladesh, Brazil and more, and although different languages and cultures, everyone’s will is cooperating and doing a good job and differences are the great added value for the whole team
